User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the owner of the Bakservis website (bakservis.az) (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator") and the user of the website (hereinafter referred to as the "User") in relation to the use of this resource.

1. General Provisions

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. All disputes and disagreements arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations.

8.2. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiations, they shall be considered by a court of the Republic of Azerbaijan in accordance with applicable legislation.
